The City of Carlsbad has conducted an enviromntal review of the above
described project pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the
California Environmentid Quality Act and the Enviromtal Protection Ordinance
of tihe City of Carlsbad. As a result of said review, a draft Negatixe
Declaration (Declaration of Non-Significant Impact) is hereby issued for the
subject project. Justification for this action is attached to this dmwiwlt,
