NOTICE IS HERE3Y GIVEN that the City of Carlsbad has issued
Negative Declarations for the following projects:
- CASE NO: 'CUP-157, --__ LOG NO. 5Q5. The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to .operate and expand an existing automobile service station at the southwest intersection of Elm Avenue and Pi0 Pic0 Drive. The expansion consists of an additional service bay to be added to the rear of 'the present structure, at the southern portion of the property.
A copy of the subject Negative Declarations with supportive
information is available for public revielq at the Planning Department,
City Hall, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning
Department within five (5) days from'the date of this notice.
