NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CUP-157
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing at the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at
7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, October 11, 1978 to consider a Conditional Use Permit on property generally located on the
south side of Elm Street between Pi0 Pic0 Drive and Interstate
5 Freeway, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 115 of the town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 775, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 15, 1894.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are
cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have
any questions, please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
