Per our discussion of January 22, 1981 I have carried out Mr. See's
request and notified you not to take any action on the easterly 1300 sq. ft. of the Tip-Top Meats buildina. The conditions set
forth in CUP 162 will therefore remain in effect and not those
requested in CUP-162 (amended) application that were to remove the
current guidelines in the 1300 sq. ft.
