RE : Proposed Patio Enclosure at Tip Top Meats 6118 Paseo Del Norte
We the Burrows Cbnstruction Co. Inc. acting as agent for the owners (John and Diane Haedrich) have submitted a proposed plan by Richard E. Huston and Associates dated 2-18-82 to the Carlsbad Planning Department on 3-9-82.
The plan proposes construction of an enclosure over an existing patio. The approximate size equals 550 sq. ft. The room shall be used for additional interior dining area by eliminating existing exterior dining. The exterior design of the enclosure shall match the exi sting archi tectural appearance.
