SUBJECT : Information item -Letter from Michael Burrows Re: Minor change to CUP-l62(A)
Conditional Use Permit 162(A), for the operation of Tip Top Meats on Paseo del Norte, was approved by the Planning Commission on February 11, 1981 (location map attached). CUP-l62(A) amended the existing Conditional Use Permit to allow an increase in re- tail area and to permit an outside eating area. The owners would now like to enclose this 550 sq. ft. patio area (please see let- ter attached). Staff has approved this as a minor change to CUP-l62(A) as the eating area was previously approved and the enclosure will not result in additional area or seating. Exte- rior elevations of the enclosure are consistent with the existing architecture.
This is an informational item for the Planning Commission and no action is required. If the Planning Commission believes that this request is not minor in nature, the Commission may wish to direct the applicant to submit an amendment to his Conditional Use Permit.
