PJOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at
7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, July 25, 1979 to consider a Conditional
Use Permit to allow 27,000 square feet of greenhouses and a
2600 square foot packing operation on property located on the south side of Monroe Street between Park Drive and Sunnyhi.11
Drive, and more particularly described as:
Lot I of Rancho Agua Hedionda in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County on November 16, 1896.
Those persons wishing to'speak on the proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing.
