NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the CityofCarlsbad will hold a hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue). Carlsbad, California, at 600 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 1691. to consider approval of an extension of a Conditional Use Per- mit to continue to allow the opera- tion of four greenhouses at 3925 Park Drive and more particularly described as: A portion of Lot 1 of Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to Map No. 823, filed November 16,1896 in the in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invit- ed to attend the hearing. Copies of the staffreport will be available on and affer December 27,1990. Ifyou have any questions, please call Mike Grim in the Planning Depart- ment at 438-1161. ext. 4499. If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Extension in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues ybu or someone else raised at the hearing described in this no- tice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the hearing.
