NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 1996, to consider a request for an
extension of CUP 165 to allow the continued operation of 27,000 square feet of
greenhouses on property generally located at 3926 Park Drive in Local Facilities
Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot 1 of Rancho Agua Hedionda, according to Map
No. 823, filed November 16, 1896, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the
public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after October 30,
1996. If you have any questions, please call Michael Grim in the Planning Department
at (61 9) 438-1 161 , extension 4499.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Extension in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in
this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to
the public hearing.
