NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that the City of Carlsbad has issued Negative Declarations for the following projects:
LOG NO. 563: The proposed project involves application for 'a conditional use permit allowing the construction of connected greenhouses, totaling approximately 62,510 sq. ft. The subject property consists of two lots (1.78 ac.) located on the south- side of Tamarack Avenue, between Margaret Way and Polly Lane. The property has been used for agricultural purposes, and is otherwise devoid of development and any significant vegetation.

A copy of the subject Negative Declarations with supportive information is available for public review at the Planning Department, City Hall, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad. invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning Department within fivc (5) days from'the date of this notice.
