NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commiskion of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on
Wednesday, September 12, 1979, to consider a Conditional Use
Permit to permit construction of 62,000 square feet of greenhouses
on approximately 1.78 acres generally located on the South side of
Tamarack Avenue between Margaret Way and Polly Lane, and more particularly described as:
A portion of Tract 242 of Thum Lands, in the County of San Dieyo, State of California, according to Map
thereof No. 1681, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego on October 22, 1971.
Those persons wishing to speak on the proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. please feel free to call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
