NOTICE is'hereby given that the Planning Commissian of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at
7:,00 P.M, on Wednesday, December 12, 1979, to consider a
Conditional Use Permit to allow a commercial nursery in the
R-A-10,000 zone at 5870 Avenida Encinas, and more particularly
described as:
Portion of Lot II of Rancho Agua Hedionada, Parcels
A and B of Parcel Map 642, as filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
Those persons desiring to speak on this subject are cordially invited to attend the meeting. If you have any questions,
please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
