Use Permit to allow a nursery in the R-A-10,000 zone. The nursery is
existing, permitted by a previous CUP, (CUP-28) approved in 1967. However,
CUP-28 expired in 1977 and thus the applicant is applying for a new CUP

to allow the continuance of this use. The site is generally level and

entirely devoted to the nursery use. No major modifications to the site
are proposed which could result in any significant environmental impacts.
The subject nursery has existed on that site for approximately 12 yrs
