LAND USE REVIEW APPLICATION - CUP 172 AMENDMENT OF BOUNDARIES
Enclosed is the County of Sand Diego Land Use Review Application to amend
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 172. Approval of the amendment will extend the
boundaries of CUP 172 to include Lots 29, 30 and 31.
I have included all forms provided at our June 8, 2004 meeting with Sandra Holder,
Michael Holzmiller and Michael Grim, along with maps showing the current and
proposed CUP boundaries. I am also enclosing a copy of a letter of support from the
Carlsbad Airport Centre Owners Association.
