LudTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS'HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, January 9, 1980, to consider Conditional Use Permit to permit a Circus (Circus Vargas) at Carlsbad Car Country, on property gener- ally located on the east side of 1-5 between Cannon and Palomar Airport Road, and more particularly described as:
Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No, 8651, in the city of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, being a Division of Lot 7 of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-3, Map No. 7492, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Caliiornia .
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing.
