NOTICE OF DECLARATION
NONSIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Carlsbad has
issued Negative Declarations for the following projects:
LOG NO. 635: The proposed project involves an installation of an "Earth Station" satellite reception system, which will
be utilized in conjunction with an existing cable system.
The project site is located on private property approximately
1/3 of a mile east of El Camino Real, north of Alga Road and the SDG&E easement. Actual development of the site involves the construction of an 8'x8'xlO' shed-like structure, which
will house a variety of electronic equipment. In addition, a receiving disc with a diameter of approximately 12' will
be installed adjacent to this shed structure. The applicant
has indicated that no significant grading or landform alteration
would be necessary for the proposed project.

A copy of the subject Negative Declarations with supportive
information is available for public review at the Planning Department, City Hall, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit comments in
writing to the Planning Department within five (5) days from the date of this notice.
