NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City
of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday,
January 23, 1980, to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit to install Earth Station for Cable Television on property generally
located in the undeveloped area north of Alga Road, east of El Camin0 Real and west of Unicornio, and more particularly described as:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, - ... . Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernadino Meridian,.
