Ruth, Pirector of Production File No. 79-136 Dear Mr. Hagaman: I am in receipt of the above mentioned resolution persuant to the Planning Commission Public Hearing on February 27, 1980. In reading through the conditions of approval I note that the condition #6 on page four still reads as it did on the Staff Report which was prepared for the February 27, 1980 Planning Commission Hearing. aloud a minor modification to that condition. This modifica- tion was agreed to by the Planning Commission. as follows: You may recall that at the meeting I read It should read .. "All roof mounted equipment, including H.V.A.C., shall be self screened from public right-of-ways and adjacent properties. Further, all plumbing, electrical, mechani- cal ductwork and other related equipment utilities shall be within the building and not run on the roof.
