Dear Mr. Hagaman:
I am in receipt of the above mentioned resolution persuant to the Planning Commission Public Hearing on February 27, 1980.
In reading through the conditions of approval I note that the condition #6 on page four still reads as it did on the Staff
Report which was prepared for the February 27, 1980 Planning Commission Hearing. aloud a minor modification to that condition. This modifica- tion was agreed to by the Planning Commission. as follows:
You may recall that at the meeting I read
It should read
..
"All roof mounted equipment, including H.V.A.C., shall
be self screened from public right-of-ways and adjacent
properties. Further, all plumbing, electrical, mechani- cal ductwork and other related equipment utilities shall
be within the building and not run on the roof. All connections to related roof mounted equipment should occur within the same roof opening."

This is a relatively minor modification. However, we feel
that it is important to word this condition carefully so as
to eliminate any confusion in the future.
Sincerely,

Vice-president
