This letter is in response to your letter of May 18, 1984 regarding the above mentioned project. I have reviewed the information contained in your letter and agree with your conclusion that CP-176 is still valid and will remain valid until December 6, 1984.
I appreciate you taking the time to research this matter and make staff aware of the correct status of this project. As you are aware, this project has a rather unusual history. A copy of
this letter and your letter will be placed in the file of CP-176 to avoid any possibility of future confusion.
