Some of the more pertinent requirements and procedures of the City are listed below for your in- formation and concurrence. Please read this list carefully and feel free to ask for further information or explanation. 1) All conditions for Conditional Use Permit, Variance, Planned Unit Development and Special Use Permit shall be completed and . the project commenced wi.thin 18 months from final City action, unless otherwise stated as part of the approval.
