DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION -7- DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION (Continued) 6. Noise levels could be a potential problem. A wall or fence could be needed to negate this problem. - Trash receptacle will be required if registered complaints are received. In that case, trash receptacle areas shall be enclosed by a six foot high masonry wall with gates pursuant to City standards. Location of said receptacle shall be approved by Planning Director. - A fence or retaining wall will be required if registered noise complaints are received. Construction to be approved by Planning Director. -8- c IV, DETERMINATION (To Be Completed by the Planning Department) On the basis of this initial evaluation: X I find the proposed project COULD NOT have a significant effect on the environment, and a NEGATIVE DECLARATION will be prepared. I find that although the proposed project could have a significant effect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case because the mitigation measures described on an attached sheet have been added to the project. A Conditional Negative Declaration will be proposed, I find the proposed project MAY have a significant effect on the environment, and an ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT is required. nr V.
