Please accept ,his letter as verif,cation that the proposed
Pea Soup Andersen's Travel Center complex is consistant with
all City of Carlsbad's local requirements. At the Planning
Commission Meeting on September 10, 1980 resolutions were adopted approving the Site Development Plan, Conditional Use
Permits for the gasoline service center and restaurant
liquor sales, and approval for the windmill exceeding the
35' height limitation. The windmill was approved in concept,
not by variance, with direction to the Planning Staff to
amend the CT Zoning Ordinance to permit the proposed use.

for approval of the Site Development Plan.
