Please accept this letter as verification that the proposed
Pea Soup Andersen's Travel Center complex is consistant with all City of Carlsbad's local requirements. At the'planning
Cormission bleeting on September LO, 1980 resolutions were
adopted approving the Site Development Plan, Conditional Use Permits for the gasoline service center and restaurant
liquor sales, and approval for the windmill exceeding the
35' height limitation. The windmill was approved in concept, not by variance, with direction to the Planning Staff to
amend the CT Zoning Ordinance to permit the proposed use.
Attached are copies of the resolutions and the conditions for approval of the Site Development Plan.
