0 LQG NO. 756: The proposed project involves the addition of approximately ' 2600 square feet to the existing hall at St. EIichael's Ciurch on.the north west corner of Carlsbad Boulevard and Cedar Avenue. the proposed additions will reduce the size of the landscaped courtyard between the.church and the parish hall.however, approximately 7500 sqilare feet of landscaped area will still remain after the construction takes
place. ' Since the site has been previously used for 'church purposes, and the surrounding area has been developed for urban purposes this expksion should not cause any adverse impacts. to the surrounding environmental resources.
