NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Dnve (formerly Elm Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, August 15,1990 to consider approval of
an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit to allow two additional satellite antennae and
a 20 foot high fence for interference screening at the Squires Dam Facility on property
generally located at on the western perimeter of the Squires Dam Facility and more
particularly described as:
Portion of Lot "C", Map 823, Rancho Agua
Hedionda in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the hearing.
If you have any questions, please call the Planning Department at 438-1161.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice
or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the hearing.
