Planning Commission,
Daniels Cablevision wishes to exercise the option to extend the
Conditional Use Permit for the Planning Commission Resolution No.
2739, date May 18, 1988 for an additional two years as stated in
section six of the resolution.
All conditions of the permit have been met. This microwave receive
site currently serves the entire La Costa area with cable
television service. This site has had no adverse effect on the
surrounding land uses or the public's health and provides a public
service to the community.
