PROJECT DESCR I PTION/EXPLANATION Danials Cabievision Building Expansion Daniels Cablevision, Inc. PROJECT NAME: APPLICANT NAME: Please describe fully the proposed project. Include any details necessary to adequately explain the scope and/or operation of the proposed project. You may also include any background information and supporting statements regarding the reasons for, or appropriateness of, the application. Use an addendum sheet if necessary. Description/Explanation. Extend existing buildinq located on the west side of the Fred Mearkle Reservoir ten feet west to accomodate new processing equipment and -:a microwave transmitter upgrade. The new equipment will allow Daniels Cablevision to distribute additional programming to our customers. Our channel capacity will be increasing from our current 35 channels to 62 channels. We are in the process of expanding our channels in our physical plant and the extension of the buildin? is required to process the additional channels and distribute them to the physical plant. Install an additional three 4.5 meter satellite antennas to receive additional satellite programming for the planned channel increase to our physical plant. The analysis must show project impacts to all intersections and road segments identified as impacted within the included Local Facilities Management Plan. The following should be included with the study: a. 8 1/2" x 11" or 8 1/2" x 14" plats showing zone impacted roads, background and project AM and PM peak hour impacts and traffic distribution. b.
