NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 1992, to consider approval to amend a
Conditional Use Permit to add an additional 160 square feet of floor area to an equipment
building and add three additional ground-mounted satellite dishes to an existing
communications facility on property generally located east of Squires Dam in Local
Facilities Management Zone 15 and more particularly described as:
A portion of Lot "C", Rancho Agua Hedionda, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 823, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after March 25, 1992. If you
have any questions, please call David Rick in the Planning Department at 438-1161, ext.
4328.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this
notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the
public hearing.
