Dear Bob,
Thank you for granting the expansion to the building and the installation of the three new satellite antennas. We are now in the process of applying for an amendment to our Conditional Use Permit
with the city to allow us to complete this project.
Enclosed are three forms for the CUP which require that the owner of the property and the applicant sign before we can submit them to planning. The Disclosure Statement, Land Use Review application and the Public Facilities Fee forms will require both a signature from the Water District and Daniels Cablevision prior to submittal. Please review these forms and sign them and return them to my attention.
