Issues of Concern:
AML microwave transmission facilities such as ours, must be licensed by the Federal Communication Commission as well as the individual paths and receive/sites. The F.C.C. is the I'watch dog1' in terms of governing the cited questions. Attached please find a copy of our license from the F.C.C. for our transmission site located at Squires Dam as well as a letter from Hughes Microwave which profiles our transmission site; and concludes that we are indeed several orders of magnitude lower than the U.S. standards
relating to safety.
In terms of the amount of microwave energy produced by our facility as well as combined facilities eg; Pac Bell etc., the sun represents the greatest source of microwave energy. In essence, the effects of sun would be greater than our facility could begin to produce.
