The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have
any comments or conditions to add to the project.

PROJECT REVIEW
On March 9, 2004, CUP 184(B)x2 - Adelphia Communications was reviewed for
compliance with the conditions contained therein.
The project was found to be in compliance with all of the conditions of
Resolution No. 51 90 and no further action was taken.
