follow up on Time Warner tower removal - CUP 184(B)x2
Hi:
FYI - Karen Chen just advised me that Time Warner received approval from the FAA to bring in a crane and remove the
tower at Maerkle Reservoir so the structures associated with the CUP will be gone within a week. This closes any
outstanding obligations of Time Warner for this permit.
