Ms. Michelson,
The antennas referenced in the subject letter are currently inactive, and have been inactive
for quite some time. Since these devices are no longer required for our operations it is our
intent to remove these antennas.
We are currently in negotiations with the City of Carlsbad for a new License Agreement for
the site and will be removing the equipment as soon as we can come to terms on the
agreement.
