Subject: Proposed project at the southwest corner of El Carniplo
Real and Palomar Airport Road. Case No. GPA-55(D),
Staff has reviewed your application for a general plan amendment
requesting a change from Government Facilities (6) to Recreation
Commercial on the southwest corner of El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road.
To complete the application it will be necessary for yc&’to
submit an Environmental Impact Assessment form and a One Hundred Dollar fee for its review. It was also brought to my attention that in a meeting between yourself, the Planning Director and Mike Holzmiller (Principal Planner) you were told that the early
preparation of a traffic impact report would save you processing time. If we are to schedule your project on the December 17, 1980 Planning Commission meeting we need these items as soon as possible. If we do not receive the Environmental Assessment form by November
28, 1980 we will have to re-schedule you to the next general plan
hearing (April, 1981).
