Hagaman Planning Director City of Carlsbad 1200 Elm Avenue Carlsbad, CA 92008 Dear Mr. Hagaman This is in reference to my proposed motel/golf course development on Palomar Airport property at the southwest corner of El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road, In accordance with the conditions of my option to lease for this property I am required to provide written confirmation that Carlsbad conditional use permit and rezone requirements have been met before the final lease is approved. I am prepared to proceed with this project and would appreciate your confirmation by signature below that Carlsbad land use requirements have been met through rezone of the property to recreation commercial, and approval of CUP-186.
