Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Co.ancil Chambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:00 P.M. cu I'^iesday, Janua^ 14, ^
1981, to consider approval of a Zone Qiange frcDi R-P (Presidential-Professional)
to C-2 (General Commercial) and Conditional Use Permit for a drive-thru
restaurant on property generally located, on southeast corner of Eim Avenue
and Harding Street and more particularly described as: ^
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block 66 of amended Carlsbad
^5ap No. 775 filed in the county of San Diego, March 12, 1915.

Anticipated significant impacts;
None. It is anticipated that the CUP
review process will mitigate any
potential impacts.
