SUBJECT: SUDAN INTERIOR MISSION - Requirement for Final Subdivision Map
'A couple of weeks ago, we discussed whether it was possible for Mr. Ladd not to have to file-a final subdivision map for the Sudan Mis5ion pro- ject. A conditional use permit and tentative subdivision map were approved by the city, however, City Engineer does not believe that a tentative map was ever really needed. Staff believes that all conditioils of approval can be satisfied by mcchan- isms other than a final map and staff would like not to require the processing of a final map. The problems appears to be that the conditions specifically referred to final m8.p. What do you think? I have attached resolutions of approval so you can review word- ing of conditions.
Also attached is Mr. Ladd's proposed wording to fulfil 1 condition regarding possible future airpoi-t noise.

This would save the city a lot of time and Mr. Ladd a lot of expense.
