CUP-190 - SUDAN INTERIOR ~.-- MISSION - Twenty-two unit non-
profit religiously-oriented retirement center for
Sudanese missionaries on property located southwest of the intersection of Palomar Airport Road and Laurel Tree Lane in the R-1-10,000 (Q) zone.

I. -. RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Planning Commission find that this amendment is minor in nature and substantially in conformance with CUP-190 and direct staff to amend the file accordingly.
11. PROJECT BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION
The applicant has requested permission to add one single family dwelling to the originally approved project, as shown on Exhibit "A". The unit will be located on a level area that was created when the subject property was graded. Vehicular access to this unit will be via a twelve-foot wide asphalt driveway. The applicant proposes to build an asphalt ramp through the steeper portion of the man-made slope between this unit and the rest of the project.
Staff believes this request is minor in nature and will not have any adverse impacts on the rest of the project or the surrounding
environment.
