RE: COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Dear Jack:
Enclosed for your review is a preliminary submittal by the Dusan Interior Mission for seven additional duplexes. The duplexes are homes for retired missionaries to Africa. This proposal is approximately 13 acres in size. The proposal appears on the border of the 65 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The proposal is located approximately 1,000’ south of Palomar Airport Road West of the College Blvd. extension and is approximately 500 feet west of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the proposal’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. We will transfer these comments to the Mission‘s Representative. It would be helpful if comments could be received by mid-March.
