the Palomar Airport noise, mitten in accordance to
the language which you suggested.

''In consideration of the City of Carlsbad's annexation and
issuance of a conditional use permit for development of a
missionary home on the following described property: 3 5
'All that portion of that certain parcel of land designated
as "Description No. 4, 76,89 Acxes" as shorn and delineated
on Record of Survey Map No. 5715, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, December 19, 1960, be-
ing a portion of Lot "G** of the Rancho Hedionda, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recordez
of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, descxibed as follows8
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said "DescriptionoNo, 4"; thence along the Westerly line of said Parcel South 09 bat, 600.00 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line North
77,22'5Z** East, 1107.47 feet to a Point "A"; thence North 48 91' 52" West, 811,18 feet to the Northerly line of said

which property ma& at some future time within the noise impact
contour for Pa3omar Airport, the property owner/developer, Sudan Interior Mission, agrees on behalf of itself and its successors
and assigns to hold the City of Carlsbad harmless from any injury or damage to persons residing or working at the property described
herein or to the property itself, including inverse condeanation
or nuisance resulting from noise generated or resulting from the present or future operation of Palomar Airport or from aircraft
landing or taking off from said airpoxt. *'
