NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue),
Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, September 19,1990, to consider approval
