NOTICE OF PURLIC HEARING
NCrrICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Camnission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the City Council QlamberSr 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, January 28, 1981, to consider approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allm the Sun Faire festival on property generally
located on the north side of Palamar Airport Road between El Camino Real and
Linda Vista Road adjacent to Carlsbad Raceway and mre particularly described as :
Southwest quarter of Section 18 in Township 12 South Range 3 west
San Bernardino base and meridian filed September 17, 1889.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
the public hearing.
