Subject: Extension of Conditional Use Permits CUP 194(A) & (B)
Dear Mr. Glenn:
Thank you for the "tour" of your facility last week. As we discussed during my visit, the Seafarms site layout is somewhat different than that approved by the original conditional use permit. Since the locations of structures/tanks have either changed or were never constructed, please submit a site plan showing actual locations and dimensions of structures, tanks, fences/gates, and equipment. If you intend to make any changes to the seafood stand approved by conditional use permit CUP 194(B), also include a site plan for that facility.
Since the outdoor equipment storage area is visible from Carlsbad Boulevard through the slatted chain link fence, it will be necessary to provide a more adequate screen wall .
The following items must also be completed and returned before your project can go forward:

Disclosure Statement (I have forwarded a Disclosure Statement to the owner, SDG&E, to complete as well;
- two sets of the required 600' radius map, list of property owners, labels for each property owner and the applicant, and postage.
