In my memo of January 29, I referred to the proposed Management Plan for
Commercial Shellfishing in Agua Hedionda Lagoon.
I have subsequently learned that the Sea Farms West certificate has to be
reclassified to "Restricted, and the Management Plan is no longer required.
Please delete any actions related to the Management Plan as discussed in the
last two paragraphs of my memo.
