We have reviewed the application for an extension to the CUP. We find the application
complete. The only outstanding issue is that the applicant has not complied with Condition No.
9 of Resolution No 3214 approving a three year extension. Condition No. 9 requires the
applicant to submit "on a monthly basis, results of tests performeed in conjunction with the
'Shellfish Growing Area Certificate'".
Prior to giving our support for this extension, we request that the applicant submit the results
of the tests performed during the last year, 1993. Copies of the original test reports would meet
this request.
Continued submission of the test results from this point in time will be required in order for the
project to be in compliance with the conditions approving the CUP extension.
