NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
city of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at
7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, March 11, 1981, to consider approval of Conditional Use Permit to establish a Montessori School with
extended day care on property generally located on the east
side of Madison Street between Elm Avenue and Oak Avenue and
more particularly described as:
Lots 7 and 8 in Block 48 of Carlsbad according to
map thereof No. 535 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 2, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
