NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p-m. on Wednesday,
May 27, 1981, to consider approval of a Fotomat Drive-Thru facility to be utilized for the sale and processing of film on property located in the West Bluff Plaza parking lot, near the corner of Dove Lane and El Camino Real and more particularly described as:
All that portion of the west half of the northeast quarter of section 26, township 12 south, range 4 west, San Bernadino Meridian, in the County of San Diego.
