Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that Home Savings of America
has met their obligation to install metal spikes for access control
and appropriate signs to prohibit entry from the adjacent alley
at our Carlsbad Branch, 710 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, per
the conditions in item #17 of the Planning Commission Resolution
No. 1824.
The spike installation was completed
Systems, Inc. on Saturday, April 24, 1982.
