SUBJECT: HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE ACTION *
RE: DRB #11 (HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN)
At their meeting of April 13, 1981, the Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee
found DRB #11 (Home Savings and Loan) consistent with the Village Area Design
Manual and recommended approval subject to the following conditions:

3. Approval of a C.U.P. by the City Planning Commission.
Approval of a Sign Program prior to issuance of a building permit.
Approval of a landscape plan prior to issuance of a building permit.
Also, that the alley be the only curb cut on the block due to the fact that the
applicant is giving up two (2) curb cuts he already had. In addition, recommendation
to the City Engineer that there be a right turn only out of the alley. The Committee
also directed to send forward to the Planning Commission.
Motion on this proposal was made by Member Ward, seconded by Member Helton.
Motion carried 7-2. Member Carney absent, Member Chriss voted no.
