PROJECT ADDRESS/LOCATION : Street. Northeast corner of Elm Avenue and Madison
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a savings and loan office with a drive-thru teller.. Construction of the proposed savings and loan office will require approximatley 2,025 cubic yards of grading.
The City of Carlsbad has conducted an environmental review of the above described project pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the Cal i forni a Environmental Qual i ty Act and the Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad, review, a Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment) is hereby issued for the
subject project. Justification for this action is on file in the Planni rig Department.
